Deepa was born in 1981 and Deepa Panchamia (born , London) makes sculptures, installations and wearable art. In her work she experiments with new geometries, combining mathematics with her own fabric techniques.

This resource aims to Complex Simplicity is a double-sided wall of hundreds of white blocks hand-stitched together in a regular geometric order. Made from a variety of woven fabrics, the white and translucent subtle hues enhance the work’s complexity, whilst creating a delicate and sensitive surface of light, shadow and reflection.
