The wonderful Rinat Ibragimov, Principal Rinat Ibragimov (5 November – 2 September ) was a virtuoso Russian-Tatar classical double bassist, best known as the principal bass of the London Symphony Orchestra and for his solo performances and recordings.

He performed extensively in Russia, Rinat Ibragimov is known as Principal Double Bass of one of the world's leading orchestras as well as a soloist and teacher. He studied at the Ippolitov-Ivanov College with Georgy Favorsky and at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire with Professor Eugeny Kolosov.
